Summer season is Memorial Day to Labor Day with partial
stays available during the rest of the year.
Rates:
Sept 3rd 2011 to June 9th 2012 Nightly Rate (3 night minimum*)..................$250.00
Sept 3rd 2011 to June 9th 2012 (Nightly rates available)..........................$1200/week
June 9th 2012 to August 18th 2012 (weekly only Sat to Sat)......................$2375/week
August 18th 2012 to September 1st 2012(weekly only Sat to Sat)............$1975/week
Bookings of two to three weeks ...... ............$2275/wk summer $1100/wk off season
Monthly Rate .................................................................$8500 summer $3000 off season
Maximum of 12 people
Boat Rental Available.
24ft Pontoon Boat. Tube, fish or just cruise. Plenty of
room for up to 12 people.
$1000.00/wk or $250.00 a day* with advanced reservation. Prices are higher if
reserving during your stay. $200.00 refundable security deposit.
*2 day minimum for boat rental
Check-In Time 4pm. Check-Out Time 10am
We've had some issues with people not prepared to leave on time. Please respect
these times. In the summer it is critical. We will honor different times in the off
season as we have alot more flexibility. Thanks.

50% Down to Secure the rental/Followed by payment in full 45 days prior to arrival
Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival for refund.
Cleaning Towel & Linen fee $150.00
Refundable security deposit $200.00
