stays available during the rest of the year.
Weekly Rates:
Aug 28th 2010 to June 11th 2011 (Nightly rates available).................$1200/week
June 11th 2011to Sept 10th 2011 (weekly only Sat to Sat)..................$2375/week
Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks 2009........ ....................................$1200/week.
Nightly Rate Aug 28th 2010 to June 11th 2011.........$250/night, 3 night minimum.*
Bookings of two to three weeks ...... ..........$2175/wk summer $1100/wk off season
Monthly Rate ..............................................................$8000 summer $3000 off season
Boat Rental Available.
24ft Pontoon Boat. Tube, fish or just cruise. Plenty of
room for up to 16 people.
$1100.00/wk or $250.00 a day with advanced reservation. Prices are higher if
reserving during your stay. $200.00 refundable security deposit
Check-In Time 4pm. Check-Out Time 10am
*No exceptions, please do not request a stay for two nights.
50% Down to Secure the rental/Followed by payment in full 45 days prior to arrival
Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival for refund.
Cleaning & Linen fee $125.00
Refundable security deposit $200.00
